Upon receiving we inspect the DPF for any internal damage and pre-clean records.
A back-pressure test is carried out to check the blockage level.
The DPF then placed in to the DPF Cleaning machine and processed further to deep cleaned & dried to completely remove all the sooth and ash.
A back-pressure re-test has been carried out to confirm the flow and success of the cleaning process.
Finally the DPF is inspected with an endoscope, post-cleaned & re-painted.
The DPF is now packed with final inspection report and delivered to you. which is now ready to be refitted with all data reset on a scan tool.
